This page gives an example 'Over Usage Bandwidth Notification' for resellers to use in the Helm control Panel.  This is the template we use for our customers at Frankland Hosting, and should serve you well.

To get to the Over Usage Bandwidth Notification form:

• Log into the Frankland Hosting control panel (http://cp.franklandhosting.net)
• Click the 'Account Settings' icon
• Click the 'Over Usage Bandwidth Notification' icon

Subject: Warning - Over Limit Notification

Message Body:
Dear [UserFirstName] [UserLastName],

This letter informs you that your account is over the limit
Login: [UserAccountNumber],

Badwidth Limit: [BandWidthLimit]
Bandwidth Ammount: [BandWidthAmount]
